Quality
The aim of the company is to put quality at the heart of clinical research
and this is the focus of all of our working processes and standard operating
procedures (SOPs). Our in-depth understanding of all aspects of drug
development and the clinical trial process allows us to offer a consistent
service to the highest of standards. We work to the required local, national,
European and US clinical research guidelines. All QCTR SOPs comply with
the International Conference on Harmonisation’s guidelines for
Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP) and an ongoing training programme is
in place for all QCTR staff. We are specialists in the therapeutic areas
of psychiatry and neurology and have access to leading experts in the
field, proven investigators and global centres of excellence allowing
us to fulfil the most challenging clinical trial projects.
Capability
The highly experienced QCTR team have worked together for over 10 years and
have a proven track record in successfully conducting clinical trials.
We are well aware of the potential pitfalls and can offer the benefit
of our experience to ensure that your trial runs smoothly and to the
required timetable. We know what we would like from a CRO and we aim
to ensure we give the service that we ourselves would like to receive.
Transparency
The QCTR team understand the importance of transparent budgeting and
of accurate and timely information on a project being made available
on an ongoing basis. QCTR will give clients the reassurance of an accurate
and clearly costed proposal, based on an agreed scope, assumptions and
timeline. Only if the sponsor changes the scope, the assumptions, or
the timeline will this lead to a revision of the cost. We will work closely
with you to ensure that you have the information you need, when you need
it, and to provide the constant assurance that your project is on time
and on budget.
Reliability
Our established and experienced team and our stable network of contacts
allow us to provide a consistent quality of service to guarantee the
success of your project. As a small CRO you can rely on us to care about
your project as if it were our own.
